The Affidavit of Intent is a legal document that must be submitted in which the student promises that he/she will apply for legal status as soon as he/she is able to.
- The Affidavit of intent must be notarized with an original seal by a Texas Notary
- The Affidavit must be mailed directly to the office of admissions or be turned in in person.
- Some colleges may require you to submit “their” affidavit
